Computer is the human creation and it complicated instrument. Computer can not be compared with the human brain. There are same function between computer and human brain, both computer and human brain are for processing, saving, and bringing out the data. But, the human brain capacity is thousands fold than the most powerful supercomputer, and its works are different. It has been estimated that the information processing capacity of even the most powerful supercomputer is equal to the nervous system of snail. A tiny fraction of the power available to the supercomputer inside the human skull. One of the computer exceed is easy to remember a 25 digit number but find it hard to summarize the gist of "Little Red Riding Hood". However, humans highly unlikely to remember the number, but easy to summarize the story. Many of researchers explain different and equal between computer and the human brain. One of the researcher is Steven Pinker. In one the news magazine, U.S. News and Report on August 18, 1997, Steven Pinker said that could a computer be conscious.

General Election for House Representative

General election is the way to elect our government leader in the democratic countries. Like other democratic countries, Indonesia applicant general election to choose a leader. General election in Indonesia is hold to choose our candidate of governor, president, and last is candidate of house of representative.
Before we elect the candidate of president and vice president, we elect the candidate of house of representative. In Indonesia candidate of house of representative is certained by the most vote. We elect the candidate of parliament member who is nominated by the party. The party has the most popular vote can dispatch more parliament member. The winner party is a party can reach at least 51 % vote, however, it is never happen a single party has 51 % vote. As if a party has less than 50 % vote, the party must be coalition to form new government.
The election house of representative is crucial way because they will certain our government fate. Before public elect their parliament member nominated, the public should know about track and record parliament member. We ought to know about their background, their capacity, and their vision and mission. House of representative duty is making regulation. So, if we elect our parliament nominated haphazardly our government must be pell – mell In this year, Indonesian will elect their house representative for 5 years later, fortunately, some Indonesian ignore about general election itself because some Indonesian unbelief and they do not know exactly co – parliament member. This unbelief is caused by corruption, collusion, and black campaign. So if you do not know or you do not believe your co parliament member, it is better to neutral.
